Search for nearby providers.
When you use the search function, we will collect your address (street, city, and/or state), or in accordance with your browser or device settings IP Address, Device ID, Domain server, your geolocation. We will use this information to refine the search criteria to providers within your search parameters based on distance.

Create a patient account.
When you create a patient account (“Patient Account”), we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, physical address), your visual information (profile photograph), your sensitive identifiers (driver’s license, insurance card), your sensitive medical information (responses to registration questionnaire), and your sensitive financial information (payment card number, CVV, and expiration date). We use this information to create and manage your Patient Account, authenticate you for subsequent logins, and to communicate with you about your appointments by email and text message. You will also be added to our email marketing list. Create Provider account.
When you set up an account associated with a health care provider (“Provider Account”), we will collect your identifiers (name, cell phone number, date of birth, business email address, business telephone number, NPI number), sensitive personal information (Tax identification number and sex), education information, employment information (employer name, office address), your visual information (profile photograph), and if the provider decides to include the following: professional information (professional license number, Tax ID, phone, language, biography, education, awards). We use this information to create and manage your Provider Account, authenticate you for subsequent logins, and to communicate with you about your appointments, appointment availability, and patient communications by email and text message. You will also be added to our email marketing list. If you wish to opt-out of emails click the “unsubscribe” button, but please note that we will continue to send you email notifications necessary to the services or requested products or services. Book an appointment.
When you book an appointment, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, digital signature, physical address). We use this information to schedule and fulfill your appointment request, and to communicate with you about your appointment by email and text message. Subscribe to our e-mail list.
When you are part of our email marketing list, we collect your personal identifiers (name, email address), and contact preference. We use this personal information to fulfill your request to receive email alerts, and to communicate with you via email about updates. We will share your identifiers (name and email address) with our email marketing provider to send you the marketing emails and with third parties with which we partner with for promotions, events, sweepstakes, contests, and other similar activities (“Promotion Partners”) for them to send you information regarding events, sweepstakes, promotions and contests that may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe to marketing emails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in each email. Please note that we will continue to send you notifications necessary to the services or requested products or services. Our communications contain tracking technologies, to analyze whether a predefined action took place by a recipient, such as opening our communications, in order to better adapt and distribute our communications. When you post a review on the Platform, we will collect your identifier (username) and the content of your post. We will publicly post your first name an first letter of your last name with you review. Please review our

When you submit a payment, we collect, from our third party payment processor, your personal identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, physical address) and the last four digits of your payment card. We use a third-party payment provider to collect and process your payment. We use this information to process your payment for the requested product or treatment, fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and returns or exchanges.

Interact with us on social media.
When you interact with our social media page on social networking websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn (each a “Social Media Page”) (collectively “Social Media Pages”), we collect basic engagement metrics and use it to tailor content and marketing and use it to improve user experience as set forth in this section. Please note that we do not control the use or storage of the information that you have posted to any social networking websites. Social Media Pages.
When interacting with our Social Media Pages, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (first and last name and profile picture) as well as any information that you provide when interacting with our Social Media Pages (e.g. commenting, sharing and rating). We use this information to advertise our products, for events and invitations, and to communicate with users via the contribution and comment function.

Facebook Page Insights.
When you visit our Facebook Social Media Page, Facebook records your IP address and other information about your usage behavior on our Facebook Social Media Page. Facebook collects, through trackers in the browser of your device or via the advertising ID (IDFA from Apple or GAID from Google), when you open the Facebook app through your mobile device (e.g. smartphone or tablet). Facebook uses this information to create statistical evaluations for us of the use of the Facebook Social Media Page. We receive this information, from Facebook, in the form of aggregated data and anonymous statistics regarding things like: age, gender, city/country, device, inquiries from fans about other Facebook social media pages, region and language settings of the users, proportion of men and women, the number of people reached, clicks on posts, "Likes” and reactions, comments and shared content, and total video views. We do not collect or process any other personal data in connection with the page insights.

Information Processed Solely by Facebook.

If you are currently logged in to Facebook as a user, Facebook automatically collects, through trackers on your device, your Facebook ID or a link between the Facebook ID and the advertising ID (IDFA from Apple or GAID from Google) when you open the Facebook app through your mobile device (e.g. smartphone or tablet). This enables Facebook to understand that you have visited our Facebook Social Media Page along with other Facebook pages that you have clicked on, whether you clicked on Facebook buttons integrated into websites that partner with Facebook, and other online interactions that report user data to Facebook. Based on this data, content or advertising tailored to you can be offered.

We use YouTube (owned by Google) as our video platform to embed content from YouTube on our Websites. BestDoc shares personal information in the following instances:

Within BestDoc.
We share your personal information within BestDoc for the legitimate business purposes of efficiently and effectively providing the Services, such as accounting and customer service support. Access to your personal information is limited to those on a need-to-know basis.

In the event of a corporate reorganization.
In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we would share personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. With Doctors.
We will share your personal information with a doctor if you sign up for an appointment or otherwise try to communicate through the Platform with the doctor. We share this information to provide the Platforms to you. RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS
A. Rights of California Residents
The California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) entitles residents of California to certain rights. To the extent the CPRA applies to our processing of your personal information, you are entitled to the following rights:

You have the right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information when such use goes beyond that which is necessary for providing the Services or certain other permissible purposes like fraud, customer service or quality control. Sensitive information includes Social Security number, driver’s license number, biometric information, precise geolocation, and racial and ethnic origin.

You have the right to appeal an action taken (or not taken) by Subaru in response to your request. We will inform you of any action we have taken in response to your request without delay and, in any event, within forty-five (45) days after we receive your request. DO NOT TRACK
We do not respond to Do Not Track requests. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites and mobile applications that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, such as access controls and encryption (at rest and in transit), to protect the personal information that we collect and maintain from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission is 100% secure, and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the personal information we have collected from you.
